The attractiveness of our delicious wings n wiches franchise model is enhanced with our agile and efficient store footprints. Takeout and delivery, on average, drive between 85-90% of store revenues, meaning overhead is kept low with just a small portion of the restaurant reserved for dine-in. Locations can range from 1,000 square ft. up to 1,700 square ft.

Wing It On! founder Matt Ensero stepped onto the scene in 2011 with one goal in mind, to resurrect the take-out Buffalo wing from the ashes of mediocrity. His quest was to serve insanely delicious wings, whether you’re picking up, getting delivery or stopping by for a quick lunch.
So, he built a team and together they obsessed over every detail from the quality and authenticity of the sauces and dry rubs right down to the “chunkiness” of the store-made blue cheese. Once the wing was perfected, the team turned their attention to crafting a best in class chicken sandwich experience. Thus the “Wings n Wiches” concept was born. The result is a truly epic Buffalo-quality wing and hand-crafted “wich” experience served fast and fresh every time.
